Had an emergency while on our road trip south in our RV. Rice Tire was 1000% professional, helpful and even kind. They told us to swing by, and replaced our tires and aligned them in just a few hours, enabling us to get back on the road without major interruption. Could have been a nightmare, but they saved us. Fair pricing and great customer service.

Horrible. I called 10 different places and have been stuck on the side of the highway with my 80 year old MIL, who just had 3 heart surgeries in the last 3 weeks, since noon. Rice tire was the only tire place I could find who had the rim and tires I needed in stock, and not only would they not come out to replace because, I was a 1st time customer, even after offering to follow them back and pay in person, in store, but then they also refused to sell what I needed to a competitor who offered to go buy them from Rice, for me and install. Leaving us completely stranded and being fully aware of the entire situation. Luckily Service Tire and Truck, sourced me tires, are going to pick up, and install. But the behavior Rice exhibited today, was appalling and heartless.

From the very beginning when I made the appointment everyone is very professional and very respectful! I had my oil changed, and I had the front end of my car looked at so that they could tell me what the problem was. They diagnosed it and gave me an estimate. I will definitely be back. They made me feel that I was a valued customer! One of the things that I was really happy with is that when I called to make an appointment I did not get a recording asking me to make an appointment online or ask me if I wanted to chat or have me talk to a AI machine! It is such anIt is such an impersonal way of doing business. In fact, I will never go into a McDonald’s again because I do not want to order my food on the machine. Real customer service is a Live person over the phone or in person that can assist you with whatever you need. All of the other so-called communications maybe saving companies money, but at what cost? There’s no replacement for a live person that can say, how can I help you today and answer your questions or to find out the information that you may need. All the other communications just drive you nuts and it takes you 10 times longer to get anything done! 😊 As a customer

They were fantastic! I was served right away for a flat tire. They helped determine if other tires were dry rotting and had me in and out with new tires needed in 45 min. Great service! Best I have eer had. I will be going there again.

Very professional and timely. Went in for a flat tire and asked them about the main battery n the aux battery as the jeep dealership said I needed both n it would be almost $600. The Rice rep assured me the aux battery was fine but checked it anyway n as he says it was 100% perfect. Replaced the main battery in under $200. Future customer going forward. Mike Hammond recommended Rice to me n I will also recommend Rice.
